Summer Training Program
Mite STP is a great opportunity to slow things down and get kids to focus on the fundamentals of stick handling, passing and shooting.
Ice practices will be a combination of skill development, small area competitive games and fun! The plan is to teach and work on one skill group per night with specific focus to be on technique and form of that skill. If our skaters can remember and take with them 2-3 key components for each skill, they will get a lot of gains out of this.
We will need lots of coaches to give kids attention so they can focus on the details of these skills
